I was there myself— sitting on the floor of my office, exhausted, trying to make my business work in a linear, rational, ‘real world’ fashion. I worked too hard, felt pulled in different directions by lots of different business coaches, and more importantly, felt like I was losing my connection to my purpose— the reason I started my business to begin with.

You jump back on the app you’ve chosen, and post something about the thing you’re working on, because you feel so excited to share it. You love sharing in this way, and love being seen in this way! You quickly respond to some comments about the thing you posted a few hours before.
* ding* a sale comes in. You feel such joy over it and take a moment to receive this feeling fully.
You have a vision for where you want your business to go. A vision for how you want your purpose— the expression of your Heart, that’s the thing your business is born from— to express itself into the world.
Because of this, and your connection, you trust implicitly that you are in the right place.
Every day, your business itself guides you to where to focus your time and energy.
You love showing your work to the world, because you do it in a way that feels completely authentic to you.
Earning money feels effortless, fun, and a way to really affect change and do good in the world. You feel completely worthy of every bit of success that you have, and know that the better you do, the more you can help lift other people up.

To those of us who work in the creative, healing, or magical fields, the world of business can seem like a hostile landscape: an ill-fitting, rational framework we have to force ourselves to adapt to in order to ‘succeed’.
Deadlines. Pushing. Schedules. Discipline.
5-year plans. 10-year plans. Elevator pitches. Strategies. Stress. Effort.
Hustle. Pushing. Exploitation. Scarcity. Competition.
In the current business model, it is normal for people to work more than they have capacity for. It is ‘heroic’ to be exhausted. It is ‘discipline’ if you push yourself harder than feels good. You have ‘potential’ if you wrestle this beautiful, creative thing that you have into a strategy, and try to tame its wildness into something that is easy to package and sell.
It’s maddening, and often feels like we’re constantly striving to be understood in a world that doesn’t speak our language.
How is it that in order to succeed as a business, we have to cut off the very thing that makes our work so beautiful to begin with?
Our creative work is grounded in a connection to the ‘other’ side:
Creating, healing, energy, connection. Manifesting, quantum realities, timelines, energy fields. All of these things come from inspiration, from being receptive and open, and allowing this work to come through us. It is ludicrous to try and fit something that is so much bigger than 3-D reality into a framework that’s so much more restrictive.
Yet that’s what we try to do.
This framework we try to fit into is a part of an outdated model that most of us want nothing to do with. A model of capitalism and scarcity that doesn’t even acknowledge the magical or the creative, let alone be guided by it, as we all are.
If we don’t like the model to begin with, then why should we have to build our businesses this way?
Many of us try to contort ourselves into fitting the models laid out for us by very rational, excellent business people. You’re following someone else’s map, made for their energy, then wondering why it isn’t working. Why you aren’t where you want to be. Why you’re so exhausted. Why it feels like you’re losing touch with the thing that made you want to start your business in the first place.

Sprout & Shimmer is a new way to build and run a business: where the world of energy takes the lead, and you learn to listen and be guided.
Over the course of 28 days, you will be guided into relationship and communication with your authentic Heart Path, and the spirit of your business. You’ll learn to change your stories and beliefs around business, finances, and what is possible, creating a new game plan for yourself, rooted in what your business truly wants.
You’ll learn how to ask the business for answers and guidance. How to move past your own mental blocks. How to find a marketing approach that feels effortless (and authentic) to you. But first, let me back up a bit, and tell you who I am and where the idea for this course came from.
Who’s behind all of this shimmer business?
Hi. I’m Rebecca. Human being with the audacity to put another business course into the world.
I spent years efforting, hustling, and working long hours, exhausting myself, and constantly playing catch-up. I was knackered, and stressed out all the time.
All of this changed for me 10 years ago, when I received a very distinct message from a grove of elder trees, who told me that I was going to teach ‘the old ways’. I had no idea what this meant, but you know, when the trees start telling you what to do, it’s best to listen.
I learned to return to the world of energy for guidance and direction, because to be honest, I would’ve had no idea how to do it on my own. My work started to change direction and it started to feel much more natural— like it was an expression of my soul’s purpose, and not something I needed to ‘work’ at.
(Warning: I’m about to get weird on you)
Then, things shifted again: I met my Spirit Guides, discovered how to live my true Heart Path, and met the spirit of my business itself. It looked like a mystical wild cat, and it explained to me what we were here to do and how we were going to do it. This cat-being turned out to be the best business coach I could hope for: it has guided me through launches, through creating courses in record time, and through radical direction-changes. It has shown me context when actions felt like disasters (but it turns out they actually weren’t). Sometimes it tells me to relax and stop worrying. Sometimes it tells me to hold off on doing something I’ve had planned for months. Sometimes it reassures me that we’re exactly where we need to be.
And sometimes it wakes me up at 5am and says ‘now’ (like it did with this course when I wrote it, to be honest).
All of this makes it sound easy. It wasn’t. It involved a lot of trial and error. A lot of refusing to listen, a lot of resistance, tears, thinking I was losing my mind, and then realising that things are easier when I simply listen.
I have created this course to help you avoid the years of struggle and self-doubt, to help you straight to the good part: walking hand in hand with the being who is your business, as you create something incredible together.
Sprout & Shimmer has 28 modules. Here’s what you’ll learn:
How to connect to your Heart Path and find the shimmering seed of your own purpose. This is what your business will be created from. If you don’t have a business yet but know you want to do something that feels like your purpose, OR, if you already have a business, but want to UNITE it with your purpose, it starts right here, with your Heart Path, and the shimmering seed that is born from it.
We have a few days to focus on scarcity, competition, and changing the patterns here that are holding you back.
You’ll start to explore what you want, and where you want to take your business. All of this is done in collaboration with the spirit of your business, who you have, by this point, met, and started to interact with.
We start to move into exploring capacity, for audience, being seen, work, momentum.
Then a module on how to deal with the trolls that pop up along your way— all your fears and negative thoughts that hold you back from moving forwards at the pace you want.
This is when it starts to get creative— we start to explore branding, marketing, audience, putting your work into the world. How to present yourself. All of this coming from the spirit of your business itself— a direct expression of your Heart into the world!
After this we start to explore audience even more.
Then being seen!
Staying small (no, we’re not holding back here, we’re just tackling all the possible reasons you could stop yourself from succeeding).
And then finally, putting it all together into a usable plan.
You’ll emerge from this course with an energetic plan for your business- knowing who you are, what your purpose is, how you want to express it into the world, and how to do it.
You’ll have a connection with the spirit of your business itself, that will become your own internal business coach!
All of this presented is in 28 written modules, with daily exercises.
We’ll have Q&A meetings throughout the course.
The first Zoom meeting— an intro, where I’ll guide you through meeting your Heart Path and the spirit of your business itself, will be on October 1st, at 5pm GMT/ 9am PST.
We begin Sprout & Shimmer on October 1st, 2025.
Sprout & Shimmer runs for 6 weeks, until November 8th.
We’ll start with a group Zoom meeting, where I’ll guide you into feeling your own Heart Path. We’ll have a weekly Q&A meeting on Saturdays after that. If you can’t make them live, you can submit your questions via email beforehand. All recordings will be posted on the class website.
The bulk of the course material is written, and the exercises come in the form of journal prompts, self-exploration, and downloadable recorded meditations.
There will be 5 modules to work through per week— set aside 20-30 minutes daily.
(The written course materials will be available to you immediately, but I suggest you do one section at a time, and not rush through it!)
The course material will be available for you to refer back to forever. So if you fall behind, because life happens, no biggie- you can make your way through it at your own pace. Do try to keep up though, because then you get the most out of the Q&As!
It is necessary for you to actually participate in the exercises for big dramatic changes to happen! If you’re looking for a course to watch like its Netflix then this is not the course for you!

FAQs
-Will I have access to the course material forever?
Yes, for as long as the internet is a thing: the material will remain up and you’ll have access to it
-How long will this take every day?
Around 20 minutes per day, on average. But that really depends on you, how fast you read, how deep you go, how much time you want to put in. I suggest a light touch with all the materials- you’ll have them forever so you can always come back and go deeper later.
-Can I get a refund if I don’t actually do it?
No. The course is 28 days long which isn’t really long enough to have a refund period. There are no refunds, but there is a lot of information to let you know in advance whether the course is for you or not. Decide whether you want to be in the course beforehand, and once you’re in, commit and do it.
-Will I get any one-on-one time with you, Rebecca?
I will be hosting Q&A sessions once a week, where you can submit questions and have them answered. If you want 1:1 guidance through this course then consider signing up for 1:1 mentorship as an add-on, where you’ll have personalised guidance with your work and personal life.
-I don’t have a business idea yet, can I still take this course?
That depends: is it that you don’t have a business but know that you have something to offer the world and just aren’t sure what it is or how you’d offer it? If that’s the case, then yes, it’ll definitely help! One of our test students actually didn’t have a business yet, and feels like it propelled her into knowing what she wanted to do! If, on the other hand, you’re thinking ‘I want to start a side hustle and can’t come up with a good idea,’ but don’t have the intense feeling of needing to share your gifts with the world, then this probably isn’t the business course for you. We also have had a number of students who don’t have their own business but want to bring more of their heart into their work. This works too!
-I don’t know if I have time to do this.
So, this is going to sound harsh, even though I don’t want it to. If you’re starting a business on the side, that is going to take time. It doesn’t need to be hard, or stressful, or a hassle, or have you ignoring your family or other responsibilities, but it will require time. If you don’t have 20 minutes a day to focus on the course, then it doesn’t sound like you have time to create a business either, which means that this course would be a waste of money for you.
-will I learn about how to use instagram/Facebook/youtubz?
Nope. But you will learn how to ask the spirit of your business (and your heart) whether you truly WANT to use Instagram/Facebook/LeTikTok. If you find out that you do, then you’ll learn to ask the spirit of your business about your social media strategy, and what your next steps are. We can also let the spirit guides come up with a strategy for you in the Q&As :).
-Will I learn where to get a business license and how to set up a website?
-This is not that type of business course. Think of this as the course that helps you build the energetic foundation for the real-world stuff: getting this stuff out of the way will make any real-world steps that you take SO much easier.
-I feel really called to this but I’m not sure.
Take a walk around the block, and make sure it’s truly calling to you. Sometimes, when you don’t know why, its that there’s something in there for you to learn as a part of your life path. But sometimes its just really good marketing (*preens*). A walk will help you sort out which it is. I hope its the former, but understand if it’s the latter!
-I want this but I’m also afraid that this kind of thing could never be for me.
Nobody else can tell you that you’re worthy of this kind of connection. However, if you’re waiting for a sign, I’ll say this:
You came into this world with gifts that are meant to be shared. If you have desire, even (or maybe especially) if it comes with little flickers of fear and anticipation, then that is a sign.
-Why does this feel so scary?
Because you don’t know if you’re all-in with your business yet. It’s like you’re at the front of the line for a rollercoaster but not yet sure if you even want to get on it.
Take a walk, feel into your heart. It’s not my place to decide if you’re all-in on yourself. This is an investment in YOU, your Heart’s purpose, and your business. Is that something you feel like it’s worth investing in? If not, wait till you feel like you and your purpose are worth investing in.
If you decide that you are actually all-in, then it will feel STILL feel scary, but more like the kind of scary when you’ve just sat down on the rollercoaster, but you actually LIKE rollercoasters.
