Surrender + Magic
Welcome to Day 2 of Surrender + Magic! Here are your instructions for the day:
Day 2, Part 1:
The meditation.
This meditation builds on the work that you started yesterday (so if you haven’t done that yet, go back and start there!). The beginning is the same, and then you’ll dive into a deeper exploration of the deeper space you found, and realise how deeply you are worthy of being there.
Day 2, Part 2:
The exploration.
After doing this meditation you might feel slightly different to how you normally feel.
As you go about your day after doing this:
-What pace do you have to move at to maintain this level of connectedness and awareness?
-Does the feeling of connection change if you speed up or slow down?
And, more importantly:
-Has your feeling about the world, and the changes happening shifted at all yet? -Do you feel any more held, connected, or safe than you did a few days ago?
Aside:
When you start looking at your relationship to belonging and worthiness, old feelings can start to come up. You are creating new neural pathways in your brain with this meditation, and sometimes old patterns like to rear up and be like ‘DONT U WANT ME BABY?!’. The key here is to just breathe, and let it pass through, without trying to hold on to it, and without trying to understand or change it. You can even say ‘thank you for all you’ve done for me’ as you let it pass. And then re-focus your attention onto the feeling of connectedness that you want to feel.
