Surrender + Magic

Welcome to Day 3 of Surrender + Magic! Here are your instructions for the day: 

So far, we’ve turned away from the surface chatter of general afraid humanity. 

And sunk deeper into the rhythms of the underneath, allowing ourselves to feel worthy of having a place. 

Next, I want you to meet this beautiful being who we all live upon and are a part of: the earth.

Here you’re going to go on a journey, deep into a magical earth space, where you get to meet the energy of the earth, and ask it some questions about the current times, and what lessons there are in what’s happening. 

Maybe you’ve heard other people talking about what our lessons are in this time, but, I think it’s really important for us to explore this on our own, and find our own answers. So even if you have an idea of what the answers will be, I encourage you to clear your mind, and go in and ask without expectations. Maybe what you learn will be exactly what you thought, or maybe it’s something completely different! 

Day 3: 

The meditation. 

Find somewhere quiet and comfortable where you won’t be interrupted for 18 minutes. This meditation is going to lead you into a light hypnosis, where you’ll meet the energy of the earth, and get to ask it some questions.
