Course Return Policy

As is stated on the payment page, we offer a no-questions asked 30-day refund policy. 

After 30 days, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. 

We deeply believe in our work and our offerings and are proud of what we have created. We have also seen hundreds of people be positively affected by this work, and so we know it works. The payment plan is a promise to complete payment: it is the full price of the course divided up into more manageable chunks. It is not a subscription, or something that can be started and stopped. Because of that we do not cancel payment plans. 

The following are not conditions for cancellation: 

1. Not doing the course. 

2. Not wanting to do it anymore. 

3. Not having time for the course.

Please understand that we need to maintain this boundary, not just for ourselves, but in order to provide consistency and fairness for all the students, without prejudice or bias. 

Update for 2020: 

This has been a really hard year. We understand that what was once financially feasible for someone is no longer so. If this is the case for you, feel free to email us to discuss options. These options do not include any refunds but we are able to stop payment plans. However please recognise that cancelling your payment plan means immediate removal from the course and no access to any of the materials. Payment plans that are resumed at a later date will regain access to the materials.
