Shimmer: A box of new beginnings.

Here you’ll find all the info you’ll need to make sure your Box of New Beginnings is put to good use.

Now, set aside about 30 minutes, to sit and do this ritual.
WORKSHEET 1:
First, fill out the worksheet. Really take some time to think through this: the exercise that follows is an energetic cord-cutting of all the things you want to drop, and is incredibly effective.
Once you have the worksheet filled out, then you can move on to the meditation.
Pick one item at a time on the list in Worksheet 1, and follow along with this ‘Letting Go’ recording, where you’ll learn to cut the cord, and dissolve (or smash!) any connection you have to this thing you want to let go of. You can do this as many times as you want for each item, though once usually works perfectly well. The recording is just under 2 minutes long.
Now is the time to start digging into the products in your surprise box: they are all formulated to help you find a deep connection to your deepest self. Take a few drops (or a full dropper) of the elixir. Rub yourself down with the oil. Even take a bath (or foot bath) with the salts, before moving on to the next portion…
WORKSHEET 2:
After you’ve cut your ties with the things you want to move on from, it’s time to take an evaluation of where you actually are. Think of this as if you were reorganising your closet, and have got rid of everything you DON’T want, but haven’t yet figured out where everything is going.
The purpose of this worksheet is to give you some clues to find the deeper driving forces in your life, and the things that you DO want to create connections to: you’ve just freed up all this space and energy for yourself.
Where do you want it to go?
What do you want to put it towards?
That’s the purpose of this worksheet. After you’ve filled it out, move on to Worksheet 3.
WORKSHEET 3:
The purpose of this worksheet is to guide you to actually set the intentions. You’ve decided where you want to be putting your energy moving forwards, well, in writing these things down, you’re starting to move in that direction.
The last part of the worksheet is really important:
Allow yourself to pick each item on the list and really feel it as deeply as possible.
Let these feelings fill you, and infuse all your cells.
Let yourself feel how you would feel while doing more of these activities.
Picture, in your body, how you would feel if you were guided by the values you have chosen, and allow yourself to feel this.
Let this feeling fill you, from head to toe.
Take three deep breaths with each one, to seal it in your body, before moving on to the next.
For the next couple of weeks, take a few minutes every day to fill yourself up with these feelings, taking three deep breaths to re-affirm your intention, and ‘seal’ it in your body each time.
